In this case, the description 'palace' has very much been earned. A magnificent restaurant that is dripping in modern luxury, Bombay Palace is where you go to eat fine Indian food in style.

Everything here is designed to impress. Shimmering fringed chandeliers mimic floating coral reefs in their intricacy paired tables clad in white tablecloths bless the establishment with that classic Hollywood glamour. Even the plush seats nod to these really special few decades whilst other design notes herald Bombay Palace's Indian roots. And if you're here to party, their illuminated bar is bound to have everything you need for an unforgettable evening.

Now, this isn't your average curry house. With a strong focus on the tandoori, you'll find a huge selection of grilled goodness that ranges from tandoori soya, chicken tikka, malmali seekh kebab, tandoori salmon and kebab platters. Other tasty shareables include chilli paneer, samosa buns and peri peri shrimp. It's when we arrive at the main course that we delve into traditional curries like lamb rogan josh, king prawn bhuna and Goan curry.

As for vegetarians, the tantalising flavours of chana masala, aloo gobi and tarka dal await your pleasure. Best enjoyed alongside a side of fried rice, Hakka noodles or a tandoori naan or two, Bombay Palace is putting a glamorous spin on the Indian dishes we love best.
