In Bayswater London, Garum channels the soul of a Trattoria Romana, pairing warm, authentic Italian charm with one-of-a-kind hospitality. Meticulous customer care and impeccable table service set a graceful rhythm, drawing guests into an experience designed to make everyone feel seen, relaxed and well looked after.

The evening begins in true Italian fashion: aperitivo with Olive Bella di Cerignola or pane burro e alici, perhaps paired with a Roma Milano Torino, a classic Negroni of gin, vermouth and Campari. Or choose a Garum Spritz, where cactus liquor, prosecco and soda promise a bright, uplifting start.

From there, Pinsa Romana takes centre stage, whether a Margherita crowned with stracciatella di burrata and basil, or the more indulgent Mortazza with mortadella and pistachio granella. Antipasti might lean green and savoury with La Vignarola and its Pecorino Romano, while Trippa alla Romana brings comforting depth. Pasta purists will find their groove with Carbonara and Amatriciana, before moving to secondi such as Polpo Arrostito or a generous Costata di Manzo Angus Ribeye with potato and brunoise.

Garum champions connection at the table, turning dinner into an event rather than an interval. Settle in, sip, share and savour the moment. Book a spot, bring an appetite, and let Rome come to you - Central London never tasted so dolce!
