In Soho, a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of London's Chinatown, Barshu exposes locals to the fiery delights of Sichuan cuisine.

Set over two floors, the lower level opens up into a bar area, while the restaurant is located on the first floor. Simple and sleek, Barshu is furnished with wall murals, regular seating, and raised booths. All lead to a theatre-style kitchen preparing platters full of sizzling Sichuan seafood, meat, and unconventional vegetables.

Sample famous dishes such as sliced pork with pancakes and cucumber, mapo tofu and soft shell crab fu - light secret recipe batter, fried to perfection. The staff come with a service smile and can expertly recommend dishes - so even Sichuan cuisine novices will always feel comfortable.
