Flesh & Buns brings the buzz of a Japanese Izakaya to London’s Theatre District, offering an underground dining experience just moments from Seven Dials.

With its moody lighting, lively energy and inventive menu, it has become a favourite spot for locals, theatre-goers and visitors alike.

The menu is designed for sharing, from crispy Korean fried wings and sweetcorn tempura to fried squid and other bold small plates. Robata-grilled meats take centre stage, including melt-in-the-mouth malsouka pork belly with mustard miso and succulent buttermilk chicken, all served with zingy pickles and sauces. Their fluffy steamed bao buns are the highlight, ready to be filled and enjoyed however you like them.

To finish, there are indulgent desserts such as sticky buns or the signature s’mores, toasted at the table for a touch of theatre.

Whether for a leisurely lunch, pre-show bite or lively group dinner, Flesh & Buns is a Japanese dining experience made for sharing and savouring.
