Oriole Restaurant is a vibrant escape where Latin spirit meets global wanderlust. Polished yet playful, it invites guests to linger from first sip to last spoonful.

Small plates set the tempo: padrón peppers glossed with miso and sesame, a pillow-soft chicken karaage steam bun lifted by tamarind, perhaps a handful of smoked almonds or warm sourdough and butter to begin. Then come the statements monkfish with mussels in a fragrant galangal and coconut sauce with peanut sambal, or a 34-day aged sirloin steak with triple-cooked chips and lively chimichurri. To finish, desserts tilt silken and aromatic, from black sesame cake with pandan tres leches and coconut sorbet to crème brûlée, extra vanilla.

From Wednesday to Saturday, live jazz, blues and world music animate the room, adding a graceful swing to the evening. When the sun shows, the outdoor terrace turns Mediterranean, with an Al Fresco Lunch that feels like an urban retreat, all curated flavours and signature cocktails.
