dinner

An innovative concept that takes the best parts of two beachy cuisines and makes a whole new one, Chido Wey is leading the way with cali-mex food that's got everyone talking. Expect your taste buds to be blown wide open!

The flavours might be big and boisterous but Chido Wey is surprisingly quaint and pretty. Like a traditional French brasserie, it charms and delights with red chequered tablecloths, rustic bistro furnishings and a cosy bar behind which a cocktail amigo is always ready to whip up something refreshing. The mellow yellow walls are a ray of sunshine on cloudy days and the dinky lanterns can be seen from far away, winking at diners with the promise of something delicious.

As you can probably tell, Chido Wey is not any old Mexican eatery. Everything they serve, down to the tortillas that encase the sumptuous burritos, is handmade from scratch. That's why their marinated smoked chicken, pork belly and marinated banana blossom burritos and tacos are some of the best in the city. Chido Wey is always going the extra mile.

Other than that, their hearty pozole stew and vegan chilli are to die for, turning grey English evenings into something worth celebrating. And if a Margarita Mexicana or Passionfruit Mojito doesn't fill you with that fiesta spirit, a Fiesta sharing plate certainly will! Live life the Chido Wey!
