In the heart of Solihull, Crispy Dosa serves South Indian comfort with a confident flourish.

It is cosy and welcoming, the sort of place where the scent of toasted batter and tempered spices lingers, and plates arrive generously stacked. Golden, crisp-edged dosas meet lively chutneys, while a warm hospitality sets the tone for unhurried meals and easy conversation.

Flavours travel from broth to griddle with satisfying rhythm: the Chennai special rasam hums with tamarind and tomato, while sambar brings the soothing depth of lentils and vegetables.

Any-time favourites such as idly and medhu vada are paired with the requisite dips, and the masala dosa offers its classic potato comfort, with playful diversions like a cheese masala dosa for extra indulgence. Lively starters, from chilli paneer to paneer 65, keep the table chatting, and families find a wink of fun in a chocolate dosa or a cone shaped ghee dosa.

Settle in for bold, authentic flavours, generous portions and a warm Solihull welcome. Book a table, bring an appetite, and let the dosa do the talking.
