In Marston Green, Karaage champions Japan’s original fried chicken, tracing its story back to the 1920s.

Set within Resorts World, this is billed as the UK’s first karaage restaurant, a place where crunch, craft and cultural lineage take centre stage. The name says it all: karaage is the star, presented with a respect for history and a glint of modern swagger.
