The menu is small but goes to show just how curated Trentina's ingredients are. Begin your evening with some small plates, be that a melt-in-the-mouth beef carpaccio with tangy horseradish and capers, fish of the day in a simple vinaigrette or Scottish langoustine with a variety of British vegetables and borlotti beans.
Larger plates hunker down with fresh pasta.
