Transport yourself to the sun-soaked beaches of the Caribbean at Temper and Brown, located in Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter. This neighbourhood bar has teamed up with street food legend Esmie Stewart to launch a fresh, exciting menu bursting with island flavours.

Using traditional Caribbean flavours and blending them with modern twists, Esmie will bring you an authentic taste of the islands at Temper and Brown. One standout dish from the new menu is jerk chicken, served with a sweet pineapple-pomegranate salsa that you won't be sharing.

But there’s much more to discover. Esmie’s signature curry mutton is a crowd favourite, slow-cooked for 24 hours with bone-in mutton, potatoes, carrots, and a fragrant mix of herbs and spices. Another must-try is the fried dumpling burger – a giant dumpling stuffed with jerk chicken, fried plantain, and crunchy coleslaw.
