The menu opens with soft-centred indulgence, from burrata dressed with pickled cherries, chicory and oregano to buffalo mozzarella paired with red pepper pesto, caperberries, seed crackling and Old Winchester. There is also garlic and rosemary fougasse brushed with house garlic oil and rosemary salt, and the Truff and Buff flatbread layered with buffalo mozzarella, fior di latte and truffle oil.

The main event follows with signature pizzas fired to perfection. Highlights include the HRH Margherita and the Dorset chorizo piccante brought to life with Calabrian ’nduja. Dips such as vegan aioli, ’nduja butter and Stilton mayo add extra indulgence, with mixed leaf or seasonal salads offering a lighter pairing.
