Hibou Blanc occupies a Grade II–listed Edwardian building, where sunlight dances across a green bar and shimmering mosaic frieze. The venue blends Edwardian grandeur with contemporary flair, pairing original architectural details, dark wood panelling, plush velvet seating and grand chandeliers to create an elegant yet inviting atmosphere.

The kitchen is led by a head chef championing a seasonally driven, flavour-led menu, highlighting the best of British seafood. To begin, fresh, Lindisfarne oysters bathed in tabasco, mignonette and lemon to your preference. For fluffier beginnings, the double-baked cheddar souffle is served with a savoury parmesan cream.
