The menu features signature specials such as Dak house chicken, a creamy chicken masala inspired by the old “Dak Bungalow” rest houses. Lamb pepper fry combines stir-fried marinated lamb with caramelised onions, green chillies, and aromatic spices, while Parsi chicken berry pulao pairs tender chicken with sweet and sour barberries and basmati rice.
