Robatayaki, originally from Japan’s northern fishing villages, is at the heart of the menu. A charcoal grill brings a signature smokiness to everything from yellowfin tuna sashimi to larger plates like smoked teriyaki chicken yakitori and the spicy beef fillet ‘Inko steak frites’.
