Black Tap brings a riot of colour and flavour to Soho, loud, bold, indulgent, and gloriously playful.

The kitchen leans into classic American-style burgers stacked high, from wagyu and beef to chicken, with vegan and vegetarian options in the mix. It is food made for sharing and showing off: think hot fried pickles, crispy chicken tenders, wings that swing from Korean barbecue sweetness to Mexican fire, and a truffle and black garlic spinach dip that is pure comfort.

Set across two floors, the mood is high-energy and unapologetically fun. A sleek bar crowns the space upstairs, while the lively dining room below lets guests watch the milkshake magic unfold. Graffiti murals by Bradley Theodore, bold striped floors, a boombox walkway and domed mirrors set the stage, all pulsing to a golden-era hip-hop soundtrack. It is not a whisper-quiet date spot; it is Soho turned up.

To start, sample their snacks for the table from hot fried pickles spiced with buttermilk-dill, to classic guac and chips with scallions and salsa verde.

On the plate, signature towers like the all-American burger and the wagyu steakhouse burger share the limelight with crisp salads and fries ranging from Idaho to black truffle.

Round up your crew, bring an appetite, and choose your vantage point - perch upstairs or dive into the action below. Time to shake up your night, one towering bite at a time.
