dinner

Oriole Restaurant is an escape where Latin spirit meets a spirit of exploration. Polished yet playful, it invites guests to linger from first bite to last spoonful.

Small plates set the tempo: padrón peppers glossed with miso and sesame, a pillow-soft chicken karaage steam bun lifted by tamarind, perhaps a handful of smoked almonds or warm sourdough and butter to begin.

Then come the statement dishes: grilled tuna served with rich romesco sauce, or a 34-day aged sirloin steak with triple-cooked chips and lively chimichurri.

To finish, desserts tilt silken and aromatic, from black sesame cake with pandan tres leches and coconut sorbet to crème brûlée, extra vanilla.

From Wednesday to Saturday, live jazz, blues and world music animate the room, adding a graceful swing to the atmosphere. The outdoor terrace offers an al fresco retreat, where guests can enjoy curated dishes and culinary creations beneath the evening sky.
