In the heart of Bloomsbury, Tas Bloomsbury brings the flavours of Turkiye to Central London, drawing on Turkish, Anatolian and Mediterranean traditions. A polished, sophisticated space, it suits everything from birthdays to business meetings, offering calm assurance amid the neighbourhood’s cultural buzz.

The kitchen opens with generous meze: mixed olives and silken houmous set the tone, while borek and falafel add warmth. Signature plates follow, from Tas Iskender, where grilled meats rest on bread with tomato sauce and yogurt, to Hunkar Begendi, its tender lamb paired with smoked aubergine. Seafood fans will spot calamari and grilled sea bass with potatoes, while vegetarians can linger over vegetarian moussaka or Anatolian style vegetable stew, with tabbouleh and a Mediterranean salad to brighten the spread.

For a sweet finish, there is baklava and kunefe, best lingered over with Turkish tea or a strong Turkish coffee. Mornings are covered too, with a Mediterranean breakfast plate or a traditional English breakfast. With a diverse and healthy line-up that includes a variety of vegan dishes, Tas Bloomsbury serves an authentic experience set against Bloomsbury’s vibrant pace. Gather friends or colleagues and drop by for a little Anatolian sunshine; share, savour, and let the meze make the introductions.
