The cooking is confident yet simple, with fresh ingredients doing the talking. Hummus with warm flatbread sets the tempo, baby red peppers stuffed with feta cheese bring some comfort, and toasted ciabatta with garlic mayo and chopped tomatoes brings the vibrance.
