Wild Flor is a charming neighbourhood restaurant in Brighton & Hove, recognized for its exemplary hospitality and an exceptional wine list emphasizing Burgundy, the Rhone, and Piedmont vintages. The atmosphere is likely refined yet welcoming, perfect for occasions ranging from casual lunches to special private dining events. Its recognition by reputable guides like Michelin and Timeout’s Best Restaurants hints at a sophisticated yet comfortable dining experience.

Founded in 2019 and located in the centre of Hove, Wild Flor extends a warm welcome to all who walk through its door. Offering lunch, dinner, and private dining, the restaurant is ideal for treating friends, family, and colleagues to a memorable meal.

Head chef Olly Pierrepont's cuisine is inspired by the great dishes of France, made with moderately classic techniques and a modern sensibility, to deliver a dining experience that is both familiar and surprising. The team is proud to be recognised by the Michelin Guide and included in the Good Food Guide 2020, and they make every effort to produce really great cookery and hospitality in equal measure.

The wine list is approachable and curated, weaving through the old world and venturing into a bit of the Americas for balance. Respectful of the land, the wine list leans Biodynamic. Expect a wine list with an emphasis on the old with wonderful off-piste opportunities brought to you by the glass by our passionate and engaging team."
