Banana Wharf Hamble sits waterside at Port Hamble marina, a breezy spot to meet, eat and drink as the masts sway and conversation hums.

Its mood is easy-going and sociable, the kind of place that suits a lazy breakfast as much as a celebratory dinner. By lunch, a fabulous menu selection sets the day afloat; by evening, it’s all about relaxed plates, easy service and waterside cheer.

The kitchen roams widely, blending tropical brightness and oriental aromas with great seafood and cherished classics. Indonesian nasi goreng brings wok-fired comfort, while Thai green curry adds a fragrant, coconut-rich lift.

From the grill, Wharf Burgers lean indulgent, from timeless favourites to blue cheese and truffle, and the Dirty Vegan Burger proves plant-based can be properly hearty. Familiar comforts include spaghetti bolognese done the old-fashioned way and a seafood-studded linguini marinara.

Hand-stretched sourdough forms the base for crisp-edged pizzas, whether craving a pepperoni-laden number or the all-in exuberance of the Marina Max Meaty. To start or to share, think charcuterie and sticky sesame wings, with sizzling fajitas keeping the table lively.

Book a table, raise a glass, and let the marina work its magic - drop anchor at Banana Wharf Hamble and dine with the tide!
