In the heart of Newcastle city centre, Zizzi Newcastle brings a lively taste of Italy to the city’s buzzing social scene. With an open-plan setting and upbeat atmosphere, it’s an easy choice for a pre-show bite, a relaxed catch-up or a meal with family and friends. Just a short stroll from the Quayside and River Tyne, it’s perfectly placed for locals and visitors looking to pause, eat well and enjoy a little Italian comfort.

The menu puts a playful spin on generous Italian favourites. Start with a bubbling four-cheese fonduta served with warm dough crusts, then tuck into rich truffle carbonara or seafood vongole tossed with king prawns, clams and capers.

Crisp Rustica pizzas range from the classic Margherita to venison pepperoni drizzled with hot honey, alongside folded calzones packed with roasted chicken, baby spinach and mozzarella.

Pair your meal with something refreshing from the bar, then save room for dessert. Classic tiramisu and warm gooey chocolate chip cookie dough with vanilla gelato offer two suitably indulgent ways to finish.

Whether you’re stopping by for dinner after exploring the city or gathering a group for an evening celebration, Zizzi Newcastle is ready to welcome you. Pull up a chair, share a few plates and let the evening unfold, one delicious slice at a time.
