In the bustling heart of Ancoats, Firehouse is where culinary dreams ignite.

As you step in, the atmosphere warms you, much like the comforting embrace of a cosy fireplace on a chilly evening. The menu is a delightful dance of flavours, with charred peri chicken promising a zesty adventure and chargrilled oyster mushroom kabobs with mojo verde offering a tantalising treat for the vegetarians. Dive into the crushed roast fingerling potatoes with summer truffle mayonnaise and parmesan, or let the beetroot borani with goat's cheese and pomegranate seeds take you on a flavourful journey.

But the experience doesn't end there. As the evening matures, let the margarita or the sugarcane daiquiri from the livener's list elevate your spirits. If you've saved room for dessert, the baked chocolate pudding with vanilla soft-serve ice cream and salted caramel is a sweet symphony waiting to serenade your taste buds.

At Firehouse, every dish is a story, every sip a memory. So, if you're looking to set your culinary passions ablaze, this is the hotspot in Manchester. After all, where there's Firehouse, there's flavourful fire.
