A stone's throw from Victoria station, the Northern Quarter, and the Printworks, Mamucium is a luxurious dining experience that combines a sophisticated atmosphere with a passion for sustainability.
Local-inspired artwork lines the walls, creating an exquisite backdrop to a menu bursting with fresh, seasonal produce from within 100 miles. Sourcing all of its ingredients within this area, this kitchen is passionate about supporting local farmers and Manchester's first-class, high-quality produce. If you've not yet taken the leap and discovered just what fantastic dishes these guys can cook, then now is the time.
Sunday dinner is family-style dining with marvellously cooked roast meats, traditionally accompanied by crisp Yorkie puds, seasonal veg, and lashings of gravy. An abundance of feedback on Tripadvisor applauds the price for the quality, the extra quality in the execution of the dishes themselves, and the exceptional, friendly, and efficient service.
From the a la carte menu there's an abundance of incredible dishes. Why not start with a honey and mustard sausage roll or smoked butterbean and cheese croquette. Then tuck into one of their delicious mains like the spiced falafel and tabouli open kebab with grilled pitta and raita sauce or the 14oz grilled black brow pork tomahawk with lemon and oregano fried hen's egg. If you're really in the mood for trying something different, there's a bone marrow steak burger on offer with streaky bacon, Monterey Jack cheese, toasted brioche, fries and slaw!
