Noi Quattro, nestled in Manchester’s vibrant Northern Quarter, is a heartfelt tribute to authentic Neapolitan cuisine and Italian camaraderie. Founded by four friends — Elisa, Alberto, Paolo and Daniele — the name Noi Quattro translates to “the four of us”, reflecting their shared passion for bringing genuine Italian flavours to the heart of the city.

Step inside and the setting instantly transports you to southern Italy. The interior blends rustic charm with playful touches. Wooden tables, colourful ceramic tiles and even swing seats in the central dining area add a light-hearted twist. Shelves lined with imported Italian ingredients complete the warm, welcoming atmosphere, making every visit feel like an escape to Naples.

At the heart of the restaurant is an open kitchen, where wood-fired ovens steal the spotlight. Skilled pizzaiolos spin, stretch and fire each pizza to perfection right before your eyes, setting the stage for an immersive Neapolitan experience.

The menu celebrates southern Italian street food and classic dishes. A standout is the calzoncello: a deep-fried calzone filled with tomato, basil, parmesan and mozzarella.
