In the refined enclave of Belgravia, il Pampero has a unique Italian flair.

Its elegant setting blends traditional charm with contemporary polish, while seasonal menus celebrate classic flavour combinations and fresh ingredients. From lunch through to dinner, the atmosphere remains poised yet inviting, suited to everything from a quick bite to a celebratory evening.

The kitchen speaks in the language of Italy’s regions, beginning with cicchetti that tease the palate: gamberi from the grill, scented with garlic, chilli and parsley, and calamari fritti, light and crisp with a lick of lemon aioli.

An equal measure of finesse shapes the starters - tartare di tonno brightened by pink grapefruit emulsion and avocado, and carpaccio di manzo, pepper-seared and layered with wild mushrooms and 24-month-aged Parmesan.

Sustaining this assured tempo, the main courses command the table. Pollo alla Milanese arrives with wild rocket, parmesan and a glossy balsamic glaze, while tonno, sesame-crusted and tender, meets carrot purée and wilted baby fennel. Simple sides, from roast potatoes to tender-stem broccoli with garlic, complete the table.

A thoughtful selection of refreshments complements the menu, perfecting an experience that is sophisticated, authentic and effortlessly welcoming. Settle in and savour a taste of la dolce vita at il Pampero!
