Set in a historic former fire station a short stroll from Waterloo Station and The Old Vic Theatre, The Fire Station Waterloo is a lively city pub where Londoners and visitors refuel. Inside, it is warm, comfortable and vibrantly social, equally suited to quick bites, working lunches and lingering weekend catch-ups.

The kitchen leans into crowd-pleasing comfort with a few cheeky twists. Brunch might mean a belt-and-braces full English or silky Turkish eggs. Later, pizzas range from the mischievous The Hangover Pizza to a simple mozzarella and tomato. Burger fans can go classic with The O.G. or dial up the flavour with Chori-Zo Good, while chicken gets star billing in a truffle honey chicken burger or that cult favourite, chicken and waffles. Sides keep things crisp with skinny fries, sweet potato fries or a plate of fritas bravas, and desserts go unabashedly nostalgic with sticky toffee pudding or a strawberry and prosecco ice cream bar.

At the bar, craft beers rub shoulders with premium wines and expertly mixed cocktails, fuelling everything from live sports gatherings to private parties and leisurely Sunday roasts. Whether you are dashing in from the station or winding down after a show, there is always a welcome glow and something satisfying on the pass. Follow the siren call of good times, pull up a perch, and let The Fire Station Waterloo turn hunger into a controlled burn.
