At Crust Bros in Waterloo, pizza is more than a meal, it’s a craft perfected over ten years of passion and practice. Using only the finest ingredients from Italy, the team fires up wood-burning ovens to create authentic Neapolitan pizzas with their trademark fluffy, charred crusts that give the restaurant its name.

The dough is made fresh daily, proved for just the right texture, and topped with everything from classics like salami napoli, n'duja or buffalo mozzarella. Diners can build their own pizza from scratch, or keep it traditional with tried-and-true favourites. Add sides of cheesy garlic bread, salads or Nocellara olives, and finish with a tiramisu for dessert for the full experience, all paired with a cold Italian beer.

Set right next to Waterloo station and the Old Vic Theatre and Young Vic Theatre, Crust Bros offers a stylish space to dine indoors under warm lighting or outside on the patio along Waterloo Road. Whether it’s a pizza date, pre-theatre bite or a weekend pit stop, Crust Bros serves up simple, authentic flavours that let the crust do the talking.
