A much-celebrated member of London's Curry Mile, Bengal Village - Best of Brick Lane delivers culinary excellence every time. Showered with awards every year, their authentic Indian and Bangladeshi food transcends the norm with flavours that will linger long after the plates have been cleared away.

Standing tall on one of London's most iconic streets, Bengal Village takes on a surprisingly down-to-Earth appearance in comparison to its other-worldly food. Inside it's uncluttered and smart, housing guests in an intimate dining hall that radiates chatter, laughter and all the fun vibes that Brick Lane embodies. The real drama, however, is reserved for the tastebuds.

What marks Bengal Village from the rest is its extensive range of house specials. Authentic, delicious and completely unique, diners can indulge in anything from sizzling lamb jeera to karahi chicken tikka masala, karahi gosht and the almighty meat and vegetable thalis that give you a little taste of everything.

Seafood gets all the attention it deserves too with the likes of fish kufta masala, Bangladeshi Bowal fish and a variety of king prawn dishes that boast indescribable texture and depth of flavour. With a grill hard at work too, meat lovers are in for a real treat. As for vegetarians and vegans? Well, with two separate menus bursting with new and exciting dishes, everyone is perfectly catered for. It's true what they say, Bengal Village really is the best of Brick Lane.
