Six by Nico brings its genre-defining idea to Canary Wharf: an ever-changing, six-course tasting menu that tells a new story every six weeks. Each chapter riffs on culture, memory or place, inviting diners to trace familiar comforts through modern technique and a wink of nostalgia.

Here, the kitchen mines British childhood favourites and turns them on their head. An egg and soldier becomes a study in texture, with smoked yolks and a cacio e pepe espuma. The humble fish finger sandwich is recast with Lerwick coley, paired to a playful "tartare" Jersey Royal potato. For pudding, jam roly-poly arrives with butterscotch "Angel Delight" and strawberry, equal parts comfort and craft.

A parallel vegetarian menu mirrors the imagination, swapping in manchego, truffle pecorino and caramelised celeriac without losing the narrative thread. With a complete refresh every six weeks, there is always a new plot to follow and a reason to return. Take a seat in Canary Wharf, surrender to the story, and let six small courses make a big impression.
