Presided over by Chef Robert Aikens, our kitchen is steeped in the traditions of the European brasserie. By working with the best local and seasonal suppliers, he has created a menu of classic brasserie dishes that are big, bold and full of flavour without being fussy or complicated.

Pride of place on the menu belongs to steaks and tartare, both classic brasserie dishes that Marceline does exceptionally well. Elsewhere, the menu offers elegant, unfussy dishes such as Cornish clams linguine, chicken Caesar salad, and steak frites.
