In the heart of Soho, Franco Manca celebrates the Italian art of simplicity, with sourdough at the centre and flavour leading the way. From aperitivo to the last slice, it invites guests to relax and enjoy carefully prepared, high-quality ingredients.

Start with sharing plates: buffalo mozzarella with grilled artichokes, butternut squash, Kalamata olives, baby plum and sun-dried tomatoes, finished with Franco's Grana and warm sourdough. Charcuterie features classic prosciutto and salami, while truffle fonduta combines smoked provola and molten cheeses on toasted sourdough. Aubergine parmigiana adds a comforting, homely touch.

Sourdough pizzas keep to the essentials, from a balanced margherita to prosciutto and funghi with cured ham, ricotta and plenty of savour. Fresh salads, such as caprese with bocconcini or a chicken, grain and squash mix, add brightness. Garlic and pesto dips, along with crisp side salads sprinkled with Franco's Grana, complete the table.

Casual and generous, the restaurant is made for grazing, sharing and lingering. Pull up a chair, enjoy the boards and pizzas, and let Soho’s sourdough shine.
