DakaDaka brings modern Georgian cooking to Mayfair, centred on fire-led methods where seasonal British produce meets Georgian spices and techniques. From wood-fired puri and lavash to hand-folded khinkali, charcoal-grilled shampuri and slow-braised kharcho, the kitchen tells a story of smoke, spice and patience.

Explore hand-folded khinkali dumplings, molten cheese-filled khachapuri and lamb kebabs fresh from the grill. Crispy oyster mushrooms, grilled baby aubergine with sunflower tahini and comforting garlic roast chicken bring variety to a generous Georgian feast.

The bar nods to the Caucasus with chacha cocktails, wines from Georgia and Europe, and Georgian beers. Settle in for a glass, gather around the table and let the evening unfold in a lively, welcoming room. Bring friends, come hungry and let DakaDaka do the talking.
