The Thistle in Holborn offers a calm, considered pause from the energy of the city outside, where familiar British comforts are delivered with care and a light, contemporary touch.

Dive straight into comforting sandwiches served with crispy, skin-on fries. Whether it's a classic, triple-decker club sandwich with a roast chicken, boiled egg, and crisp, streaky bacon or a stack of battered cod goujons with lettuce and tartar sauce in buttered, soft bread.

For the table, share a slice of the moment with 12" stone-baked pizzas. Go traditional with tangy Barrel & Stone tomato sauce and fior di latte mozzarella, or try the garden club which stars all of that alongside roasted courgettes, sweet red onion and mild piquante peppers.

Thistle creates a setting that feels relaxed and welcoming. Book in, take your seat, and let the moment unfold at its own pace.
