Six by Nico Fitzrovia unveils a Seoul inspired six course tasting menu that translates the spirit of Korean cuisine into a refined, modern narrative of flavour, texture and restraint.

It opens with hand cut noodles in a clear consommé, lifted by dumplings and crisp wheat, a quiet but confident beginning. Bibimbap follows, reimagined with truffled egg yolk, golden enoki and gentle heat, while bindaetteok brings savoury depth and brightness through greens and pickled contrast.

The tempo builds with black pollock and shellfish in a layered ssamjang sauce, before Korean fried chicken arrives lacquered in sweet heat, sharpened by mooli and spring onion for freshness and bite. The finale softens into indulgence, a brioche doughnut filled with matcha and white chocolate crèmeux, finished with cherry for a clean, lingering lift.

Intimate, immersive and finely balanced, it is a menu that captures Seoul through a lens of precision and imagination, unfolding with quiet confidence from first course to last.
