Indulge in a culinary adventure at Hot Stone, where certified Kobe beef is elevated to an art form. Set in their new home in Fitzrovia, this innovative restaurant presents prime ingredients in a way that is both thrilling and unforgettable.

As the name implies, each luxurious cut of meat and fish is served on sizzling hot stones, heated to an astounding 400°C, right at your table. This ancient cooking method, steeped in centuries of Asian tradition, brings a dramatic flair to your dining experience. Whether you're celebrating a birthday or a special occasion, Hot Stone offers an extraordinary feast for the senses just a short stroll from Angel tube station.

Recognised as some of the best Sushi in London, Hot Stone promises a dining experience that transcends the ordinary. For beef lovers, their selection is a true delight, featuring mouthwatering cuts like A5 Japanese sirloin wagyu and A5 Sirloin Kobe.

Their sushi, too, is anything but conventional. Imagine savoring a prawn tempura and wagyu tartare roll, or indulging in Japanese Yellowtail with prawn tempura mango salsa. The new-style carpaccio menu, with creations like scallops with ponzu and umeboshi or Japanese Yellowtail with truffle yuzu ponzu, is a testament to their commitment to excellence, with every sauce and topping crafted in-house. Prepare to be captivated by an experience that is as much a feast for the eyes as it is for the palate.
