Heavy under the weight of seven Michelin stars and home to one of the world’s most celebrated chefs, Arros QD lets its accolades speak softly while the fire roars. Led by the vision and instinct of Chef Quique Dacosta, this spot stands as a tribute to Valencian cuisine.

The menu opens with inventive appetisers that hint at what is to come. Olavidia goat’s cheese arrives rich and nuanced, while fresh burrata panipuri offers a striking contrast of creaminess and crunch. Stone bass ceviche and tuna tataki bring a modern, global sensibility to the starter offering.

At the heart of the experience is the signature wood-fired rice, the soul of Valencian cooking. Layered stocks build depth and complexity, finished with the prized crispy base known as socarrat. From the robata grill, presa ibérica 100% bellota delivers smoky richness, while sirloin with chimichurri beurre blanc nods to steakhouse tradition.

Sleek interiors and dramatic flame cooking frame a restaurant rooted in both heritage and innovation. Arros QD offers more than a meal. It is a sensory journey into the soul of Valencia, brought vividly to life in London.
