Set in Fitzrovia, Aces Foodcraft channels modern European cooking with a deft infusion of Japanese elements. This vibrant culinary environment brings advanced techniques together with the finest locally sourced, seasonal produce. Guests choose between dynamic tasting and à la carte menus, each shaped by the moment and delivered with creativity and flair.

The kitchen’s wit shows in titles and textures. “Chinese Man in France” pairs a delicate prawn dumpling with wild garlic and mussels green juice, while “French Man in Japan” brings together wild salmon eggs, smoked cheese, toasted almonds and a crisp vegetable biscuit. From the sushi selection, temaco layers tuna and bluefin tuna on Koshihikari rice with a lick of avocado wasabi, and Aces signature pressed sushi celebrates purity and craft.

Mains stay poised between comfort and polish: braised beef short rib with lettuce, pickles and avocado emulsion, or halibut with mussel velouté, parsley and young spinach velouté, plus lobster and carrot sauce. Handcut seasoned chips and Truffle Vegetable add indulgence, before a Madagascan Vanilla Crème Pâtissière with almond caramel paste, seasonal fruit, peanut parfait and yogurt closes the curtain. Add 10g Oscietra caviar to chosen dishes. Book in and let Aces deal the flavour cards.
