Elia brings a breezy slice of Mediterranean dining to Covent Garden, with a Greek-leaning menu built for gazing and gathering.

From warm pitta dipper into silken hummus and Cretan whipped feta to rich aromas drifting from the kitchen, it's a place where simple ingredients do the talking.

Small plates set the tone: tahini with bread, thyme and honey lifting baked halloumi, and oven-baked king prawns in olive oil, garlic and paprika. There's comfort too, in layered meat moussaka and homemade meatballs in tomato sauce, while the stone oven turns out both a faithful Margherita and a gyros pizza for those in the mood for something heartier.

Crisp salads offer a bright touch, from a classic Greek salad to a herb-flecked chickpea take, while sweets run from syrup-soaked baklava to a glossy chocolate crémeux with a whisper of sea salt.

Whether it's a leisurely lunch or an easy-going supper, Elia favours relaxed, share-the-table dining and sunlit flavours. Gather your crew, follow your appetite - one delicious bite at a time!
