Step into the heart of Covent Garden and discover thirty7, a welcoming neighbourhood restaurant and bar with a warm, homely feel. With its wooden tables, generous booths and softly buzzing dining room, it has the easy charm of a classic bistro - somewhere to settle in for a glass of wine, a relaxed dinner, or a long evening with friends.

The kitchen takes a British-fusion approach, working with British farmers, fishers and producers while remaining open to flavours and techniques from further afield. The result is a menu that changes with the seasons and the best produce available - familiar at heart, but never confined to one particular style.

The menu offers something for every kind of appetite, from nibbles and small plates to generous mains. You might begin with shichimi-seasoned taramasalata with furikake seaweed crisps or chorizo arancini with saffron aioli, before moving on to small plates such as ox tongue carpaccio with chicory, crispy onion and lemon gel, or pan-fried goat cheese with poached pear, almonds and a Ramos Pinto port glaze.

Larger plates bring more substantial comfort - from the much-loved ‘37 Burger’ with raclette, Dijon mayonnaise and peppercorn sauce, to dishes like Iberico pork collar with soy-glazed shiitake, celeriac, endive and bitter orange jus, or pan-fried pollock with warm potato salad, fennel and black olive tapenade.

Behind the bar, you’ll find a signature cocktail list - thoughtful creations with a fair bit of work behind them - alongside a wine list of 70+ bottles spanning classic regions and more adventurous picks.

While these aren’t included in the First Table discount, if you happen to book the 3–5pm sitting, you’ll land right in the middle of our happy hour, where all sparkling wines and Champagne are half price - First Table guests included. If that feels like slightly finessing the system, we won’t tell.
