"My kitchen is your table." It's the philosophy Benihana chefs have lived by since the legendary Rocky Aoki turned Japanese steakhouse cooking into a live show over 60 years ago.

A meal at Benihana Covent Garden is as much about the experience as it is the food. Live teppanyaki cooking brings energy and theatre to the dining room, while spacious interiors and a sleek lounge create a setting that feels lively yet polished. It’s a natural choice for celebrations, group gatherings or simply a meal with a little more excitement.

At the teppanyaki tables, skilled chefs take centre stage, flipping, searing and seasoning with signature showmanship as dishes are cooked right in front of you. Expect favourites such as hibachi chicken and tender filet mignon, alongside crispy prawn tempura and chicken gyoza from the kitchen. Our sushi menu offers everything from delicate sashimi and sushi combinations to classics like California rolls and prawn tempura rolls.

Whether joining the buzz around a shared table or gathering in one of the private dining rooms, Benihana brings together great food, genuine hospitality and plenty of entertainment.
