On Cook Street, in Liverpool’s famous Cavern Quarter, Parliament Square Coffee steps in with a clear brief: brunch with backbone.

Known as The House of Coffee, Parliament Square Coffee brings a modern spin to British brunch and coffee culture, pairing craft with conversation in a setting that encourages connection.

Seasonal British ingredients take the lead, cooked by chefs who care about flavour and technique. Classics are reimagined with quiet confidence: the PSC house breakfast gathers smoked bacon, Cumberland sausages and house beans with roasted tomatoes and mushrooms on sourdough.

Mornings are bright and healthy with their PSC vegetarian breakfast that leans into avocado, halloumi and poached eggs for a clean, satisfying start. While their house granola is served with Greek yoghurt and homemade compote topped with seasonal berries and and seeds.

The mood is dynamic and conversational, and the welcome is warm. Whether lingering over a late-morning catch-up or grabbing something fortifying, guests can expect a consistent, considered experience from first sip to last bite.
