In the heart of Liverpool City Centre, Dalmatia is a vibrant independent Croatian-inspired restaurant and wine bar.

Founded by a local couple with roots in Croatia, it channels the Adriatic’s relaxed rhythm into a modern city setting. The mood is convivial and unhurried, a place where conversation flows, glasses are raised, and plates are shared in the spirit of seaside towns.

The kitchen looks to Croatian culinary traditions and Mediterranean simplicity. Premium charcuterie boards laden with Croatian deli meats and cheeses set the tone, joined by coastal small plates and creative twists on regional favourites.

Think grilled olives and roasted peppers to start, then Istrian fuzi in a truffle sauce or a satisfying lion’s mane steak. Flaky pastries bring comfort in the form of burek with cheese or burek with meat, while a carefully chosen wine selection completes the picture.

This is a place to slow down, share generously and savour a taste of the Adriatic without leaving the city. Gather your favourite people, raise a glass and let Dalmatia do the rest with a coastal spirit, city heartbeat.
