In the lively heart of Liverpool City Centre, Bistro Franc brings a French‑inflected Mediterranean sensibility to the table.

Led by Head Chef Mark, the team champions seasonality and local suppliers, marrying classic technique with a modern, creative twist. Expect cooking that's both comforting and fresh, with each visit revealing something new.

Aromas of slow‑simmered stock and sun‑drenched herbs set the tone. Franc's French onion soup meets toasted croutes and molten gruyere cheese, while a seabass fillet joins leeks and hollandaise sauce.

For the main course, Franc's mouth‑watering bouillabaisse gathers mussels, white fish, prawns and salmon in a tomato broth, while a tender lamb shank rests on mashed potato. The grill's also holding its own with an eight-ounce sirloin or fillet steak and a house bistro burger.

Nibbles of olives and Padron peppers invite lingering, while hand‑cut chips or fries complete the picture. There's an elegant ambience framing the menu, with vegetarian, vegan and other dietary needs thoughtfully accommodated.

Book a table, bring your appetite, and let Bistro Franc add a little je ne sais quoi to your Liverpool dining!
