High above Liverpool City Centre, 360 SKY BAR crowns the 18th floor of INNSiDE by Meliá with cinematic, panoramic views of the skyline. From the open-air terrace to the sleek lounge, the outlook takes in Liverpool and beyond, turning sunset into nightly theatre. Suspended more than 270 feet up, the terrace is the city’s highest alfresco bar and a chic perch for savouring the last of the daylight.

By day, the mood is languid and luminous, pairing world-class cocktails and Italian-inspired afternoon tea with an easy rhythm. The kitchen leans into Italian cicchetti and antipasti, with crisp arancini packed with slow-cooked beef ragù and mozzarella, prawn bruschetta and garlic-kissed pane all’aglio, alongside light salads and panini such as panino con bistecca or the cheeseburger d’Italia. To finish, classic dolci like tiramisù and panna cotta with fresh strawberries and crushed amaretti promise a soft landing.

After dusk, 360 SKY BAR shifts gear as resident DJs set the tempo and the city begins to glitter below. The energy turns loungey and late, with panoramic night views and cocktails flowing from midday until close, seven days a week.

Whether it is a sunlit sip or a starlit celebration, this sky-high hideout delivers the best seat in the house. Those tempted should book a perch above the pavements and watch the skyline steal the show, one clink at a time.
