In Hinckley, Bikaneri Bar and Restaurant celebrates the comforting rhythms of Indian cooking with a convivial spirit.

The menu moves from street-side favourites to tandoor classics. You'll find crisp raj kachori draped in tangy chutney, paneer tikka shashlik kissed by smoke, and seafood highlights like tandoori salmon tikka. For meaty starters, choose tandoori chicken with mint chutney or succulent lamb chops marinated in yoghurt and spices.

Hearty mains offer satisfying depth. Enjoy butter chicken rich with tomatoes, lamb rogan josh with slow-cooked warmth, and vegetarian staples such as kadai paneer or saag paneer. Bowls of steamed rice, biryani, and baskets of warm garlic naan encourage sharing, while Bikaneri special chips add a playful house twist.

Set your sights on spice and settle in. Reserve your spot, bring good company, and let the conversation linger while the flavours do the rest.
