In Leicester City Centre, Golden Sands brings the sunlit flavours of Goa alongside beloved Indian staples.

The kitchen moves from street-side sparkle to coastal depth, weaving spices, chutneys and slow-cooked gravies into a confident, contemporary narrative.

To begin, chicken lollipops lacquered in chilli glaze and smoky lamb chops with mint sauce set an irresistible pace. Then comes the happy tumult of papdi chaat and samosa chaat, where crunch meets tang in a whirl of potatoes and bright chutneys. Street-food verve with polished edges.

From the shore, Goan fish curry with lobster hums with kokum and spice, while a Goan xacuti curry envelopes chicken or seafood in fragrant coconut.
