Gary Townsend’s first solo venture, Elements, is a fine dining restaurant in Bearsden, Glasgow – just ten minutes from the city centre. Recognised in the Michelin Guide 2025 and awarded 3 AA Rosettes, Elements has quickly established itself as one of Scotland’s most exciting dining destinations.

To finish, “The End” offers indulgences like chocolate or strawberries, complete with Gary’s handcrafted petit fours to round off the evening.
