Taking pride in being rooted in the south of Edinburgh, The Southern showcases hearty dishes that blend the familiar with something new, a combination you'll find in dishes like haggis and honey 'neep croquettes and a truly fantastic Scottish sharing board made up of a selection of their finest starters.
