Chop House

Since 2015, Chop House has been part of Edinburgh’s dining landscape, tucked under the arches by Waverley Station in the heart of the historic old town. Contemporary in look and generous in spirit, it promises premium steaks, artisan cocktails and deft, attentive service.

The grill is the heartbeat: cuts cooked over coals arrive with deep char and savoury tenderness.
