Founded by Pankaj Rawat, Bell Bottom Eatery is the realisation of a lifelong passion for Indian cuisine. After moving to Scotland in 2009, Pankaj felt a strong pull towards his heritage, the vibrant food he grew up with. This deep connection and love for India's street food's bold, vibrant flavours fuelled his desire to bring an authentic slice of Delhi to Edinburgh.

The result is Bell Bottom Eatery, a welcoming, flavour-packed restaurant that champions healthy, home-style Indian cooking made with the finest ingredients and true dedication.

At the heart of the menu is a vibrant celebration of Indian street food. Diners can explore spiced lentil chaats, fragrant curries, expertly grilled tandoori dishes, and crisp, golden kachoris, all designed to showcase the depth and variety of Indian cuisine. Every dish is cooked with care by a team that shares Pankaj’s passion for freshness, flavour, and authenticity.

Bell Bottom Eatery continues to win the hearts of food lovers across the city, thanks to its warm hospitality and a menu that balances comfort, creativity and cultural heritage. With a growing following and a clear vision, the future of Bell Bottom Eatery is bursting with promise, just like the dishes it serves.
